These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Fixity EDX’s Website, located at https://www.fixityedx.com/.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed only on receiving the request from the student before 48 hours of course start date. Any request beyond the deadline will not be entertained or approved for any reasons. 
  2. All initial requests for refunds must be received by the Admissions Counselling team.
  3. To apply for a refund, candidates must send a request to their respective Admission counselling team and  customersupport@fixityedx.com. Please include your Name, Programe, and Application Number in all communications. A request sent to any other email id will not be valid.
  4. The refund process will take 15 working days from the date of the refund request raised by the student.
